Interacting with the Public

You’ve reached the last module in this course. This one’s a little bit different. This is where all that information we’ve covered so far gets put into action. Knowing the locations of all the popular destinations in our county is definitely half the battle, that’s why we spent so much time looking at where and when everything is, but all that knowledge is useless unless you can get people to the places they want to go. This module is about putting it into practice. The following scenarios provide examples of interactions to help reinforce the ways in which we can all be most helpful when our customers ask questions.

You may be the first person visitors connect with.  This is your opportunity to introduce them to all the things there are to see and do in Centre County.  You represent us all!
